Built to the highest standard All our pods are built on a 6x3 steel frame -Walls and roof with 150mm compressed insulation floors come with 100mm insulation -Fully wrapped in breathable membrane -A rated Double-glazed windows and doors -Roof finished with Hertalan waterproof membrane with 50-year life -All gutters and down pipes -All interior walls slabbed skimmed and painted (you can choose the colour!) -Good quality laminated flooring with underlay -Fully wired for electrics with 3 double sockets, recessed down lights, a cat 5 adaptor, trip board and panel heater. -Built on a 6x3 steel frame NOTE ALL PRICES QUOTED ABOVER ARE Including delivery, crane in, ground works ie pouring concrete pods and running power from house to pod Website http://www.pods4u.ie
