All bills inclusive of rent. 1 month deposit and 1 month rent required upfront with Rent paid weekly from week 5 after that (€200 per week). No party people should apply. Would suit Professionals working in Dublin city, East point Business park etc. or Mature Foreign students studying in Dublin City. Owner is clean and tidy and works away alot.
