The apartment is situated in quiet, leafy development next to Monkstown Village, close to the sea-front, the dart station, and several major bus routes into the city. Dunlaoghaire town centre is a 15 minute walk. There is also plenty of free parking provided. You will be sharing the apartment with a very easy-going professional male in his forties. I do not own the property so as far as I am concerned whoever takes the room has as much right to make themselves at home here as I do. I have had a very easy-going atmosphere with my current house-mate for the last two years but unfortunately she is returning to her native country in December. Available from the 10th December.
